RadPharm Inc CEO Ronald A. Berg Named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2008 Award Finalist in New Jersey
Princeton, June 11, 2008– RadPharm Inc., a leading imaging CRO, today announced that CEO, Ronald A. Berg, is a finalist for The New Jersey Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2008 Awards. According to Ernst & Young LLP, the awards program recognizes entrepreneurs who demonstrate extraordinary success in the areas of innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. Mr. Berg was selected as a finalist from over 50 nominations by a panel of independent judges. Award winners will be announced at a special gala event on Thursday June 19th, 2008 at the Marriott Teaneck at Glenpointe, Teaneck, New Jersey.
“To be selected a finalist is an honor that is directly attributable to RadPharm as a company, as much as it is an honor to me personally,” said Mr. Berg. “I’d like to recognize the founders of RadPharm, Drs. Mr. Berg has been CEO of RadPharm Inc since 2002, playing a vital role in the company’s tremendous growth. Under his leadership, RadPharm has experienced record growth in revenue and contract awards, expanded its core image laboratory service offerings and opened a European location in Munich, Germany. Additionally, to accommodate the company’s growing staff, RadPharm recently expanded its headquarters in Princeton, NJ.
The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year awards program celebrates its 22nd anniversary this year. The program has expanded to recognize business leaders in over 135 cities in 50 countries throughout the world.
Regional award winners are eligible for consideration for The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year national program. Award winners in several national categories, as well as the overall national Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year award winner, will be announced at the annual awards gala in Palm Springs, California on November 15, 2008. The awards are the concluding portion of Ernst & Young’s Strategic Growth Forum, the nation’s most prestigious gathering of high-growth, market-leading companies.
