RadPharm Appoints Steven F. Owens Chief Information Officer

Princeton, August 21, 2008 – RadPharm Inc, a leading Imaging CRO, has announced the appointment of Steven F. Owens to the position of Chief Information Officer. In this newly created role, Mr. Owens will serve on the executive committee and provide leadership to IT and development projects that enhance technical capabilities and strengthen business processes critical to delivering outstanding service to RadPharm clients.

Mr. Owens brings over 22 years of software development, image processing, and management experience to RadPharm. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of R&D at the Center for Imaging and Innovation, where he provided leadership to product development teams and internal consulting operations that explored product concepts and strengthened the overall patent portfolio. Prior to this, Mr. Owens worked at Siemens Medical Systems as a Research Scientist in the Magnetic Resonance division where he made contributions to MR application development, measurement control, and image reconstruction software.

Mr. Owens holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering.
