RadPharm Announces Hiring of Industry Veteran to Role of
Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Duffy has joined the Company as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Global Business Development. In this role, Kevin will direct the strategic oversight of the global sales process and coordinate all corporate marketing initiatives.

RadPharm Inc, a leading Imaging CRO, has announced the appointment of Steven F. Owens to the position of Chief Information Officer. In this newly created role, Mr. Owens will serve on the executive committee and provide leadership to IT and development projects that enhance technical capabilities and strengthen business processes critical to delivering outstanding service to RadPharm clients.

RadPharm Adds New Investors and Director

RadPharm, Inc., a leading provider of centralized medical imaging and review services for global clinical trials, announced that the Company has raised $8 million in equity financing from Adams Street Partners, Tang Capital Partners and individual investors. This follows an earlier investment by Ampersand Ventures, and positions RadPharm to continue expanding its core lab service offering.

RadPharm, Inc., a leading provider of centralized oncology and medical imaging review services for global clinical trials, announced a significant investment by Ampersand Ventures. As a result of this investment, Ampersand has become RadPharm's majority shareholder. RadPharm has doubled revenues in each of the last two years, and this investment will provide additional funds for technology investments and working capital to support RadPharm's plans for continued growth.
